Work directly with clients to compare plans from our 13+ carrier network and guide them to the right coverage. You own your book of business with full agency support behind you.
What We're Looking For
- Active health insurance license in at least one state
- 1+ year of sales or insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and consultative sales approach
- Ability to work independently and hit monthly targets

Medicare Sales Agent
Specialize in guiding Medicare-eligible clients through Part A, Part B, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement options. This is a high-demand, relationship-driven role focused on serving a growing senior client base.
What We're Looking For
- Active health insurance license with Medicare certification (AHIP or equivalent)
- Experience selling Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare Supplement plans
- Strong consultative approach — clients range from newly eligible to plan switchers
- Comfortable navigating CMS compliance guidelines
- Ability to manage seasonal volume (AEP/OEP) alongside year-round SEP business

Customer Service Representative
Be the first point of contact for existing clients. Customer Service Representatives handle policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage changes, and renewals — making sure every client feels supported long after enrollment.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Insurance or healthcare experience a plus
